Dr. Douglas is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon with expertise in a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Born in Cape Town, he completed his BSc (Psychology) and MBCHB at the University of Stellenbosch before going on to complete his Plastic Surgery training at Tygerberg Academic Hospital.
He is currently in full time private practice and recently completed his Executive MBA at HEC Paris, class of 2023. He also serves as a part-time consultant at Tygerberg Academic Hospital department of plastic surgery.
Arnold is the visionary behind our cultured investment approach. He actively engages in developing strategies for healthcare, property, and capital accumulation.
Director
Dr. Kambarami is a medical practitioner with a strong entrepreneurial background. He has extensive experience in health administration, in both the state and private sector in South Africa, as well as serving on various medical advisory committees as a consultant.
He is currently a partner at a leading medical practice in Cape Town, South Africa and serves as a director in several companies including a medical device company and a logistics company. He holds a MBBCh from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a fellow of the College of Anaesthetists, South Africa.
Tim embraces challenges with his years of experience in real estate investments. He plays a pivotal role in expanding our property portfolio and enhancing asset value.

Tendai Ndemera has extensive experience in financial services and serves as the Executive in Charge at the Inzani Group.
He assumes various governance roles including being an Independent Non-Executive Director at Exness Markets ZA, a Non-Executive Director at a Medical Supplies entity as well as a Medical Tourism firm . He was previously the Group Head of the Internal Audit function at Africa’s largest privately owned investment management company.
Tendai has a Bachelor of Business Science Degree in Economics from UCT, a Master of Commerce Degree in Development Finance (with distinction) from the UCT Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®).
